Summary

In Chapter 29, Ivy arrives on an abandoned road and sees a car with its headlights on. She gets out to meet her brother, but someone sneaks up behind her and grabs her.

In Chapter 30, Mateo punches Gabe again and accuses him of being The Weasel. He demands to know who he is working for. Gabe says he cannot say or he will be killed. Mateo says that he will kill him if he does not tell him. Then he takes him to a pond in the backyard and holds him underwater to prove his point. After a few dunks, Gabe admits that he works for Coach Kendall, Ms. Jamison’s fiancé.
