Summary

In Chapter 15, Mateo admits that he knew Autumn had been selling drugs all along. She had been at a party at an abandoned house with her boyfriend and had taken a walk out back where she found a shed where she heard Boney and Charlie talking about the 100 bottles of pills they had just found. Autumn came in and said she wanted to help them sell the pills (which were worth hundreds of thousands) because she wanted to make enough money to pay for her aunt’s medicine.

In Chapter 16, they turn on the news and find that Dale Hawkins is at the high school interviewing students about Boney and Ivy.
