Summary

Chapter Nineteen starts as Jamie sees a text message from Maya that she is outside his house. His friends are there too - Felipe, Nolan, and Drew. He opens the door and finds her sobbing thinking, “I’ve never seen Maya this upset. Not even after the Dickers meeting” (236). Maya laces her fingers in Jamie’s hand and they start to walk around Jamie’s neighborhood and Maya explains her fight with Sara and how Sara called her immature. Jamie feels bad for Maya but also loves the feeling of their hands together. Maya asks what InstaGramm is working on, and Jamie explains she is working with Gabe and Rossum. Maya says she would love to meet Rossum. Jamie says he would be too tongue-tied but Maya says he is braver than he thinks.

They make their way home and everyone...
