Part 2, Inferno: Chapters 12-17 Summary

In Chapter 12, Calla learns that Ethan shot her brother, not understanding that he was not a threat to him. When he realized his mistake, he took Ansel back to the base at Denver. Shay and Calla rush there through one of Ariadne's doors and find Ansel bleeding out on the floor. Calla feeds him her blood in an attempt to help him heal even though Ansel fights it. When Ansel is healed, he tells her that he is no longer a wolf and would rather be dead.

In Chapter 13, Calla tries to comfort Ansel even as she struggles to understand how the Keepers could take away his wolf.

In Chapter 14, Ansel then tells them how the pack was captured and inprisoned. Ansel describes torture each of them suffered from wraiths and the Keepers. Then Ansel tells how...
