Summary

At the Central Bank one day, Tajirika answers a call from the Eldares Times. From the reporter Tajirika learns that the Global Bank has rejected the proposal for Marching to Heaven and that it would pull on hold all other loans to Aburiria until the state instituted its reforms.

Tajirika goes to see the ruler at the State House. The Ruler is upset that the Global Bank did not bother to contact him. The Ruler calls the doctor.
