Summary
The Ruler of the fictional country, Aburiria, is ill. There are five commonly posited reasons why he is ill. The first is that the Ruler’s anger, possibly at the lack of media attention that he received on his recent visit to the West, has consumed his heart. The second is that he has been cursed by a he-goat. The third is that he has gotten old; no one in Aburiria can remember a time when he was not president. The fourth possible explanation is that his wife Rachael’s unshed tears have cursed him. When Rachael confronted him about his affairs with very young girls, the Ruler retaliated by building Rachael a mansion where all the clocks were frozen to the very moment in which she asked the Ruler about his affairs.
