Summary

This final section brings a close to Emoni's time in Spain as well as her senior year. Chef Amadi gives Emoni the freedom to experiment in the kitchen, making the daily specials. Emoni realizes that the other students are not getting quite the same opportunity in their mentorships, and feels gratitude to Chef Ayden for pairing her with Chef Amadi. Chef Amadi believes in intuitive cooking as well, and encourages Emoni to trust herself in life and in the kitchen. Additionally, Chef Ayden allows the students time to explore Sevilla. Malachi and Emoni couple up to see the sights, and Pretty Leslie is jealous. Leslie and Emoni have been paired together at the same host home and as much as Emoni tries to communicate with her, Leslie maintains her sharp-edged facade.
