Chapters 7-10 The Streets of Caemlyn; Sea Folk and Kin; A Cup of Tea; A Plan Succeeds Summary

In Chapter 7, Elayne Trakand, heir to the throne of Andor, rides through the streets of Caemlyn with her entourage. The people generally favor her, but Sareitha expresses her concern for Elayne's safety. Elayne argues that staying within the palace would do no good for keeping the people of Caemlyn on her side.
