Summary

In Chapter 15, Moon and Winter look at each other, wondering what Pyrite has to do with Hailstorm. They see the other dragon fly away and realize it is a NightWing. Winter, Moon, and Qibli rush to reach camp ahead of the other dragon. They wake Pyrite and Kinkajou. Winter rushes at Pyrite, demanding to know about Hailstorm. Pyrite claims not to know Hailstorm and not to have any magic. Moon, reading Pyrite's mind, says Pyrite is completely confused. Knowing they each have pieces of the comet to block Moon from reading their minds, Winter reaches out for a pouch Pyrite is wearing on a chain around her neck. Pyrite reacts violently. Qibli joins the fight. The NightWing arrives and slams Kinkajou out of the way. Winter knows he should be trying to reach Pyrite as the key to finding Hailstorm. Instead, he rushes...
