Summary

In Chapter 6, Glory says the situation is bad for everyone. Winter knows Icicle would be willing to kill him in order to save Hailstorm. Glory decides Winter, Kinkajou, Moon, and Qibli must go to the RainWing nursery, the most defensible place in the Rainforest. Winter is furious, but Glory says the IceWings will certainly retaliate if he gets killed in the Rainforest. She knows the NightWings and Icicle pose a danger to him. Winter continues to argue until Qibli tells him to stop. He knows Glory will not change her mind and that they can escape from the nursery area if they stop arguing.
