Secrets

Irene uses the outcome of Russ’ deception in order to teach her sons, Cash and Baker, a lesson about the danger of keeping secrets. Irene’s entire life is turned upside down when she learns that Russ had another family in the Virgin Islands. She warns Baker and Cash that they need to avoid keeping secrets because it is those secrets that appear so innocent at first that grow into destructive lies.

Irene is so trusting of Russ that she is blindsided by a side of her husband that she never knew existed until he is killed in a helicopter crash.
