Summary

In the present, Lu goes to see Nita and starts to connect the dots. Nita is not surprised to see her, but is surprised that it took her so long to figure it out. Nita says that she only realized the the defendant was the Rudy she knew in school when she saw his name in the paper. She realizes that he meant to kill her, but does not know why. She brings up the fact that the guys did favors for her and the subject of Davey comes up. She admits that her father beat her that night, but still claims that Davey raped her.
