Chapters 8 throug 11 Summary
In Chapter 8, back at Seth's place, he and Aislinn go over his faerie research. Seth has found several books that contain many different wards against faeries. Many of them may not work, but Aislinn does know that some do. Unfortunately, she has to maintain the illusion that she doesn't know they're around. Most of the things that Seth has found are pretty obvious, and would tell the faeries that she knows about them. Finally, Aislinn decides that she is probably just going to have to confront Donia or Keenan and find out what they want. It means breaking all of the rules she has been taught, but she may have no choice. The rules are changing, with or without her. Aislinn and Seth set out to scout the night. They must find out what the faeries are saying.
