Pages 202-230 Summary

Min writes about the time that Ed took her to the park he has in mind for the party. Min is sitting on the ground eating the spiced pistachios Joan made for Ed. She says when she thinks about it now, it's indelible, because she knows Ed was there and what happened, but it is as if he wasn't there, that she was alone instead. She places the rose petals from the all of the flowers he gave her in the bottom of the box as a memory of this day.

Next, Min places in the ticket stubs the Goofballs II movie Ed took her to see. He tells Min during the trailers to remind him he wants to talk to her about something when they're eating. He says it's about something unavoidable that they have to do the next weekend...
