Pages 144-165 Summary
Ed and Min go to the park across the street from the store. Ed tells her he would spend the $55 he spent on the book for anything for Min. he says that's a big deal for him. She tells Ed that she wants to have a party on December 5 to celebrate Lollie Carson's 89th birthday. She says she wants to send an invitation to the woman that they think is Lollie Carson.
Next, Min adds a book, Real Recipes from Tinseltown, to the box. She says she loves it, hates to give it back and it's what kept them together. She describes how Ed picks her up early the night after they stayed out until 1 am at the bonfire.
