Reni Eddo-Lodge
Reni Eddo-Lodge is an award-winning author and journalist. Her areas of interest include feminism and racism, primarily within Great Britain. After years of addressing such topics through journalism, podcasts, and meetings with other influential persons, Eddo-Lodge decided to write this book. As this book was written in 2017, its publication was seen as essential to the Black Lives Matter movement.
Eddo-Lodge’s primary interest was originally feminism but she soon found that discussing feminism without discussing racism was not an option.
