Gabriel's Parents' Home

Gabriel's parents' home is a flat located in South Kilburn. Gabriel grows up here with his mother, father, and twin brother Danny. When he is 17, perpetual fights with his mother lead to his departure. Yet while Gabriel is trying to distance himself from his family and his childhood past, he thinks often of the house, wondering what it represents to him. Whenever he becomes confused about his choices, his friendships, or his gang involvement, he returns to the flat, sometimes merely sneaking in to sleep in his bed and leaving before his parents awake. Later, Gabriel moves back in more longterm. He ruins the temporarily peaceable dynamic when he brings weed into the house during the holidays and upsets his mother.
