Chapter 11 Summary
Monday is Denny's day off from the deli. He builds an alibi that he is sick with the flu. He prepares a punk rock wig and grey sweat suit to wear as his costume, believing that he will blend in with the other messengers. He plans to follow Neeve when she leaves the store for her 1:30 appointment.
Officers are waiting as a Korean flight brings in the latest shipment of clothes for Gordon Steuber Textiles. The officers slash the linings of the clothes and pure, uncut heroin pours out. Orders are made for Steuber's arrest. At his office, Steuber appears outwardly clam, but is raging at Neeve on the inside.
