Paul writes back to Bernadette telling her that she must create or she'll become a menace to society.
Audrey writes the Griffin family Christmas letter, which includes the mud incident. Soo-Lin responds to the Christmas letter saying she's been worried about her since the mudslide. Soo-Lin describes an incident where Elgin yelled at some of the marketing ladies. Soo-Lin tells him they're all working on the same team, which silenced Elgin. Soo-Lin says it's one point for them.
Audrey writes Soo-Lin back admitting their stay at the Westin hotel is not as nice as she portrayed in her Christmas letter. She describes what it's like to live in the hotel. She also says Goodyear is trying to summon her and her husband in for another problem with Kyle.
