Tom writes Audrey to pay her bill or he has to start lien proceedings. Audrey writes back saying her husband who works in the DA's office says they can take him to small claims court. She promises to pay the bill once Tom provides an estimate for removing the neighbor's vines.
Tom writes back saying they definitely need to rent the expensive machine, the Hillside Thrasher. He says they can't start until May and they need access to the property to provide an estimate.
Audrey writes back saying that May is not acceptable. She demands they get rid of the vines by December 11. She says she can give Tom access to the neighbor's yard while Bernadette is at school picking up her daughter.
