Ollie-O, a consultant brought in to work with the Galer Street School Parents Association, writes a letter to the parents. He's telling the parents that Galer Street is a second choice school for parents and that they have to pull together to raise money for the school to move locations. He's also enclosed a list of what he calls "Mercedes Parents" to see if existing parents know any of them. these are the parents with money they want to invite to a luncheon to raise money for the school and get these parents to apply to Galer Street.
