Part 1, Natal: Chapters 10-12 Summary

Mr. Clark is the teacher this year, and he is short on patience and long on punishment. Sean recognizes this immediately, and makes it his mission to drive Mr. Clark crazy. Mr. Clark believes that the only cure for a problem student is to ferret him out right away, but when he confronts Sean he finds himself with a student who will not back down. Karl passes him a note on which the word mosquitoes is written. Sean stifles a grin and begins to drive Mr. Clark mad with his incredibly realistic impression of a flying and landing mosquito.
