Summary

Thandi recalls the time Aminah became pregnant while she was on a break with Frank. Swearing Thandi to secrecy, Aminah decided to get an abortion. Though they both had strong pro-choice beliefs, Aminah still felt guilty about her actions and cried a lot. Thandi realized she would have done the same thing had she been in her friends shoes, and Aminah did not tell Frank once they got back together.
