Summary

In Chapter 7, on the morning of Wednesday, July 11, Arthur’s mom is in a rush to get to the office early in the morning, and is hurrying Arthur to come with her. They get in a Lyft together, and drive to the office. Arthur’s mom sends him to get coffee. While he waits in line, he texts Ethan, only to get no reply.

It is now Thursday, July 12. Frustrated with not being able to see his friends in person, Arthur orders a package of Namrata’s favorite candy in an attempt to be friendly. She loves it, to his surprise, and invites him to get lunch with her and Juliet. Arthur gets to see a different side of them, as they talk about personal things.
