Joy and Gratitude
To live a better life, Oprah encourages readers to become more aware of the opportunities for joy and gratitude that already surround them. Opportunities to experience joy and gratitude are omnipresent in everyday life; living happier does not have to mean finding more or new opportunities for joy and gratitude, it is rather about recognizing what already exists.
