Summary
When given the opportunity to dance on stage with Tina Turner, Oprah is initially nervous and self-conscious, but soon allows herself to loosen up, let go, and enjoy the moment. Several months later, her friend and mentor Maya Angelou send her a CD of a single song whose lyrics emphasize the importance of choosing to dance instead of to sit out. Oprah knows that every day brings a chance to dance, to live full of joy, fun, and laughter. She encourages readers to embrace those moments and opportunities for joy.
