Chapter 1. In seventh grade, Asa finds himself in love with a girl in his class. Asa has remained in the same school for more than three years now, a record in his life. The girl has been in Asa's class all those years and she once told him that she knows how he makes friends with this sort of attack he does when he figures everyone out. Asa feels as though she is the only one who knows him and he loves her. Being in love has caused the world to change for Asa and he notices new things, such as the lyrics of music he has always listened to.
