Port Furlong, Washington

Katherine entices Isaac to move to Port Furlong after the two are married. She vacationed there as a child and she loved the Northwest. It has surrounded by islands for explorations and has a small town feel to it. Katherine description is: "it has boats and music and old hippies jigging by a fountain" (23). Port furlong represents any small town in the sense that has fairly low crime rates and people know their neighbors.
