Summary
Chapter Seven, “Annie Oh” - In first-person, present-tense narration, Annie describes feeling unsettled after recalling so much of her past. She pours herself some of Minnie’s hidden supply of cheap wine, sits in her bedroom, and reflects on her upcoming wedding – how she is glad that Ariane and Marissa are going to be her attendants, how she is defiant about Andrew’s not coming, and how understanding she feels about Orion not coming, if he chooses not to.
