Eileen has Connell bury a St. Joseph statue in the yard which is supposed to help a person sell his house.

Eileen lists the house with a family friend. She goes upstairs to tell the Orlandos that the house is for sale

She and Ed have decided to sell the multi-unit. Donny congratulates and says they might be able to buy it. After the first open house, an Indian couple make a full-price offer of $365,000. Eileen contacts Gloria and tells her to make an offer on the Bronxville house.
