Dr. Rose Franklin

Dr. Rose Franklin is the head of the EDC’s science division. As a child, she discovered a giant robot hand in the ground. During the events of Sleeping Giants, she became part of the team that recovered these giant robot parts hidden throughout the Earth, which formed together to make Themis. Rose is one of the first people to believe that Themis has alien origins. She works with the unnamed interviewer, Kara, and Vincent in the EDC to learn more about Themis and figure out how to control the robot.

During Sleeping Giants, 30-year-old Rose dies during an accident that Vincent and Kara caused with Themis. However, one year later, she wakes up again in her 27-year-old body, without any memory of the previous three years.
