Summary
In File No. 1591, Vincent writes a personal journal entry, in which he reflects on Kara’s death and expressed his belief that he cannot be a good father. In File No. 1593, Eugene Govender addresses the United Nations. He admits that the aliens’ gas is deadly only to humans and there is no known course to safety. He shares all of the information the EDC has gathered on the alien gas with the nations’ governments, in the hope of finding a solution. In File No. 1594, Rose assumes the role of the unnamed interviewer and interviews Vincent. They speak about losing Kara.
