The Weight of All Things Summary
Robin's father dies in his sleep soon after being admitted to a nursing home, and she is especially sad that he did not live to see the baby she is carrying. Russell does not know about the baby yet, and Robin does not intend to tell him, until it is too late for an abortion. She does not want him to try to talk her out of having the baby.
