Cost of Freedom
Freedom comes at a cost. It is almost too late when Jean realizes that freedom is precious, but she takes her friend Jackie’s words to heart and takes charge by doing whatever it takes — even killing — to regain her freedom. When Jackie and Jean parted ways, Jackie advised Jean to do whatever she needed to stay free. Jean did not appreciate her friend’s wisdom until she saw the freedoms she had disappearing. Jean is proud when she is reconnected with Jackie that she is able to prove to Jackie that she has recognized the value of freedom.
