Dionysus in San Francisco Chapter 1 Summary

It is the day before The Vampire Lestat is scheduled to appear in San Francisco. Louis comes back to Lestat and they share a happy, but small, reunion. Louis expresses concern that if Lestat goes through with his plan he will be in danger. He suggests that Marius may be the one to put an end to things at the concert. Lestat however, pays him no mind and has no intention of cancelling anything. He is, at this point, completely confident and ready to challenge those who are up for it. He is ready to put down all the old rules once and for all.
