Bill of Life
The Bill of Life was passed in a peace settle of the Second Civil War which is also known as the Heartland War. It was a battle fought over a single issue. The new law satisfied both the pro-choice and pro-life armies. This law led to a popular process known as unwinding.
Unwinders
Unwinders are kids between the ages of thirteen and eighteen whose parents have agreed to retroactively abort them in a process called unwinding. Unwinders are taken into custody by governmental authorities for their unwinding. Life as they know it ends for the Unwinders during the process although the authorities claim they “live on” because their parts are harvested for others in need of transplants. Unwinding has become a popular and accepted practice.
