Summary
There is notice from eBay about a seller’s attempt to auction his soul online. eBay states that if the soul exists it is against policy to sell human parts on their site. Therefore, the listing that had been removed would not be reinstated.
The man inherited the pawnshop from his brother. He closely watches Lev who strolls into the shop one day. Lev shows him the diamond bracelet. The old man figures he stole the bracelet and tells him to go home. Lev says he’s an Unwind and that the bracelet is stolen but not from around there. Unwinds aren’t usually this honest but the old man doesn’t deal with minors. All Lev wants is $500. The pawnbroker lies and says it’s a fake not worth $100.
