Summary

Chapter 13

Shay spends the next few days working for Twist and trying to keep an eye on animal rights groups in the area. Little does she know, she’s being followed by people whenever she goes out. Shay, Cade, Cruz, and Emily go to a beach when they hear about a pod of whales who have beached themselves. Shay hopes that Odin will be there. They try and help save the whales, but nearly all of them end of dying. At the end of the chapter, despondent and worn out, she finally spies Odin.

Chapter 14

Odin and Shay go under the pier and he catches Shay up on what has happened. He has the dog with him that he’s taken from the lab, as well as the USB flash drives. He’s only been able to decode one of them so far...
