Dunia, Lightning Princess, Skyfairy, Aasmaan Peri
She was a jinnia and princess of Qâf mountain, rare in her fascination with humans and attempts to live as one. She took on the name Dunia (meaning ‘the world’) when she met Ibn Rushd, and it was with him that she birthed the first human-jinn creatures. They became the lobeless Duniazat.
Ibn Rushd
Ibn Rushd (also known as Averroes) was a philosopher living in Muslim Spain in the late 12th century, he is actually a historical figure. He was the physician of the caliph residing in Andalusia but fell out of favor for some time because of his radical ideas. He retreated to the small town of Lucena where he lived with Dunia and wrote his Aristotelian philosophy and critiques of Ghazali.
