Summary

When Bosch arrives at the San Fernando station, Lourdes is already at work, preparing to research a letter of complaint that Jose Jr. had written to the state medical board. The entire department watches the security footage of the pharmacy murders, in which they see the two ski-mask-wearing killers come in, quickly and purposefully shoot the two pharmacists, and then knock pills around in an attempt to make it look like a robbery.
