Chapters 51 - 63 Summary

In Chapter 51, Bethany does not show up to school, but rumors fly about the situation. Tyler tries to protect her and finds the rumors changing to him being accused.

In Chapter 52, Tyler is called to the office the next day. Mr. Hughes, the principal discusses the seriousness of the situation, but Tyler is adamant that he didn't do it and has no idea about who did.

In Chapter 53, the rumors continue to swirl, accusing and judging Tyler for it, saying he was arrested for it. However, he wasn't but the police do show up at his home that night.
