Chapters 35 - 44 Summary

In Chapter 35, the high school's homecoming football game has arrived. However, someone has defaced the school's field with "WARIORS SUCK!" Tyler is worried people might think it was him because of he is known for bad spelling from his previous vandalism. However, Hannah assures him he was at home the night before.

In Chapter 36, Hannah asks Tyler to meet her at the homecoming game. After that, Tyler goes into an unconscious state.

Chapter 37 brings the crushing arrival of Tyler's father, home from work early. He demands that the family sit down to eat dinner together and will not allow Hannah or Tyler to go to the game.
