Chapters 19-20 Summary

Stephanie has dinner at her parents' house with Morelli. Toward the end of dinner Sally and Lula arrive, having arranged to practice with Grandma Mazur. Grandma and Lula go upstairs to change into their costumes. When they come down they are wearing leather pants and cone shaped bras. The music begins and they start to dance. The scene is so comical that Morelli and Stephanie are bursting at the seams. When it is all over, Stephanie's mother makes her promise that Grandma will never wear that outfit again.

Stephanie and Morelli go for a walk and Morelli does his best to help Stephanie with her nerves. Back at her apartment, Ranger has clothes for Stephanie that are leather and unattractive.
