Importance: These words are illustrative of Matt Das’s toxic masculinity. While most of the boys in the quest group are not supportive of the women in the group, Matt Das believes Vi owes him because he was kind to her. When she rebuffs his advances, he tries to shame her by telling her all of the bad things people say about her behind his back. While most of the boys in the group are at times unkind to girls, he is the worst.
