Summary

In Chapter 21, Delia entered her father’s apartment while he was working on a painting. Her father didn’t recognize her until she told him her name. They began talking about Amalia. Delia accosted her father for not going to Amalia’s funeral, but then admitted that she would not go to her father’s funeral. Her father said that was because she would die before him and then he punched her. He began insulting and cursing Delia, calling her a whore like Amalia.
