Chapter 4: The Winners of the Party Summary

The winners of the party are Wittman and Tasa, Lance and Sunny, Nanci Lee and Charles Bogard Shaw, and Judy Louis. Winners are those who managed to stay up all night, talking about the uncivilized people who had rushed off with someone. They all sit around the breakfast bar, while Lance cooks an "oom-lette," an omelet filled with hallucinogenic mushrooms. Wittman recites the plot of his most recent play about the King of Monkeys, assigning roles to his friends.
