Eden Summary

Eden and Jerome leave Tears of Zion, and at a truck stop, Eden tries calling Andrew. She cannot get in touch with him. She manages to find an unlocked truck and climbs in, only to be discovered by the owner and his dog. She lies and says she has had a horrible fight with her boyfriend. The trucker agrees to take her toward Vegas, as far as Ely. Eden uses the trucker's phone to try calling Andrew again, but still cannot get in touch with him.

The trucker's name is Wes. He brings her to another truck stop, and when she offers him something in return, he tells her to choose her next man more carefully. He also gives her twenty dollars for food, and drives off.

Eden manages to get a ride to Vegas with another trucker in exchange for oral sex...
