Seth Summary

Carl brings Seth to Vegas, and Seth discovers that Carl is very wealthy. Vegas is a culture shock to Seth, who sees how sexually uninhibited the city is. He also discovers how tenuous his position with Carl might actually be. If Carl dies, or dumps Seth, he will truly have nowhere to go.

Seth Analysis

Seth begins to reflect on his position in life. He realizes how tenuous it is. He begins to wonder what will happen to him if Carl breaks up with him or dies. It is a a scary thought to Seth that he will be out on his own.
