Chapters 44 through 49 Summary
Dirk discovers a roll of the plastic sheeting when he finds the General Bravo at the bottom of the ocean. He quickly figures out that the yacht was made to look like the General Bravo, allowing Ammar to get away while the search crews are looking for a sunken wreck. Dirk also soon decides that the plastic sheeting is being used to cover the yacht so that it can be camouflaged as an iceberg, effectively hiding her from aerial photography.
At the State Department in Washington, the President learns that the situation in Egypt is rapidly deteriorating. He asks if it's possible to assassinate Yazid and is told that it is, but that he'll be better off not knowing how.
