Summary

In “Chapter 25”, Kai and Maggie return to Grace’s property. Maggie worries that Grace is angry at her but Grace hugs her, believing if she had not gone with Clive and Rissa they would both be dead. She tells them they can stay as long as they want. Kai and Clive drink while Maggie goes to sleep. In “Chapter 26” it is the next day and Maggie wakes up at dinner time. As she eats with Kai and Grace’s family, with Rissa healing well, she receives a visit from the Coyote. He tells her that he may know something about stopping the monsters, a weapon used by Haashch’ééshzhiní to set the stars ablaze.
